NATIONAL PARKS AND PROTECTED LANDSCAPES AREAS
National and natural parks, protected landscape areas, and other places are trying to attract visitors with innovations.
The national parks in Czechia are Krkonoše (Giant Mountains) National Park, Podyjí (Dyje River Valley) National Park, České Švýcarsko (Bohemian Switzerland) National Park, and Šumava National Park.
Visitor centers, observation towers, marked trails for cyclists and pedestrians, and thematic nature trails are being built. Podyjí National Park promises the summer scenery of warm rock walls and floodplain meadows, while Krkonoše National Park boasts our highest mountains. The Bohemian Paradise contains rock formations and rock cities with romantic views, while the Pálava Biosphere Reserve offers mysterious bottomland forests.
